These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stripe payment method for making purchases on the Wallsy web application ("Wallsy", "we", "our", "us"). By making a payment via Stripe, you agree to these Terms, along with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Payment Gateway

Wallsy uses Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all online transactions. Stripe enables secure payment processing of credit and debit cards and other supported methods.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

• CashApp

3. Authorization

By providing your payment details and submitting a transaction:

• You authorize Wallsy to process charges through Stripe for the total amount, including any taxes or fees.
• You confirm that you are the legal holder of the payment method and authorized to use it.

4. Transaction Security

All payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted through Stripe. Wallsy does not store or access your full card details.

5. Currency

6. Billing and Invoices

After successful payment, a receipt will be sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your billing details up to date in your Wallsy account.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy. Eligible refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe fees may be non-refundable.

8. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined, your service or order may be paused or canceled. You may retry using a valid method.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, your account may be suspended. We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks through Stripe with proof of the transaction.

11. Changes to Payment Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Stripe payments after updates indicates your agreement to the revised terms.
